Dear Narasimha,

Perhaps the second version of yours can be agreed to as it sounds most

logical to me. However, the third is a complete change from what has been

given in Mantra Mahodadhih. Late Pt. Rai is no longer with us to discuss

this. I have d form all lists as I will be working towards the

finish now.

I am sending you the mantra chapter for your checking separately.

Ramanujam is also helping me out in this part. Dina-nath is doing the

pictures.
