Guest guest
Namaste friends, When I got sick a month ago, Robert analyzed on vedic astrology list why I got sick, based on my shashthamsa (D-6) Narayana dasa. I wrote that Cn, Vi and Ta are usually active when I get sick. I got sick yesterday. I got sick yesterday morning. It got worse in the afternoon. About 10pm-2am was the worst. I had cold, cough and 101+ (Fahrenheit) fever. I felt better today morning and checked dasas. It is interesting that 2 of the 3 signs I pointed at last month were active this time also. My birthdata again: 4th Apr 1970, 5:50 pm (IST), 81e12, 16n15 In rasi chart, 6th is Aq and lord is Saturn. He is in Cn in D-6 with Ketu. So dasas go as Cn, Le, Vi, Li etc. Sc dasa of 8 years started in 1998. Using RDD program released recently, you can find that: -------------- Rasi Dasa Division Sookshma-antardasas in "MD - 3rd AD - 2nd PD" Times are in 00:00-23:59 format. Time zone used in display is 4:00 W. Birthdata: 4 Apr 1970, 17:50 (5:30 E). MD of 8 years started in 1998. 1st: 28 Aug 1999, 07:19 (10 Le 52'17") - 30 Aug 1999, 00:45 (12 Le 32'17") 2nd: 30 Aug 1999, 00:45 (12 Le 32'17") - 31 Aug 1999, 18:08 (14 Le 12'17") 3rd: 31 Aug 1999, 18:08 (14 Le 12'17") - 2 Sep 1999, 11:28 (15 Le 52'17") 4th: 2 Sep 1999, 11:28 (15 Le 52'17") - 4 Sep 1999, 04:46 (17 Le 32'17") 5th: 4 Sep 1999, 04:46 (17 Le 32'17") - 5 Sep 1999, 22:02 (19 Le 12'17") 6th: 5 Sep 1999, 22:02 (19 Le 12'17") - 7 Sep 1999, 15:15 (20 Le 52'17") 7th: 7 Sep 1999, 15:15 (20 Le 52'17") - 9 Sep 1999, 08:26 (22 Le 32'17") 8th: 9 Sep 1999, 08:26 (22 Le 32'17") - 11 Sep 1999, 01:35 (24 Le 12'17") 9th: 11 Sep 1999, 01:35 (24 Le 12'17") - 12 Sep 1999, 18:42 (25 Le 52'17") 10th: 12 Sep 1999, 18:42 (25 Le 52'17") - 14 Sep 1999, 11:47 (27 Le 32'17") 11th: 14 Sep 1999, 11:47 (27 Le 32'17") - 16 Sep 1999, 04:50 (29 Le 12'17") 12th: 16 Sep 1999, 04:50 (29 Le 12'17") - 17 Sep 1999, 21:50 (00 Vi 52'17") -------------- So we have "Sc MD- 3rd AD - 2nd PD - 11th SD" during 14 Sep, 11:47 - 16 Sep 4:50. In Sc dasa, AD's start from Ta (Ta is stronger than Sc and lord of Ta is in Ta). The 3rd AD is Pi. In Pi AD, PD's start from Ar (Vi is stronger than Pi and lord of Vi is in Ar). The 2nd PD is Ta. In Ta PD, SD's start from Ta (Ta is stronger than Sc and lord of Ta is in Ta). The 11th SD is Cn. So it was Sc-Pi-Ta-Cn. The pratyantardasa and sookshma-antardasa belong to Ta (6th containing 6th lord and jnati karaka) and Cn (8th from lagna, containing Saturn and nodes). I mentioned a month back that these two signs are active in my D-6 Narayana dasa when I get sick. That observation is correct this time also! May Jupiter's light shine on us, Narasimha --------- I wrote in August: Namaste Robert, > Lord of the 6th in your rasi chart is Saturn, and is with Rahu and Ketu in > the 8th of the D-6 chart, and thus dasas proceed in regular order, > zodiacally from Cancer. According to my calculations, this would put you > in the Scorpio dasa as of 4/4/1998, and sub-period of Pisces as of 8/4/99. > Thus the first Pratyantardasa of Pisces would have been in effect, which > should have been Aries. Thank you as always for your well-considered comments. The way I taught Narayana dasa on this list, that date there should be Aug 7, 99 and not Aug 4, 99. As I keep saying, 1 year=12 months, 1 month=30 days and 1 day=1 degree motion of Sun. Sun reached 20Cn52 (he occupies 20Pi52 in my natal chart) on Aug 7, 1999. That is when this PD started. * * * If someone is sick for a considerable portion of a pratyantardasa (PD), one may consider PD to explain sickness. When the sickness is only of 2-3 days - as in my case - due to a viral infection, I suggest that we should rather consider a sookshma dasa (SD). It is Virgo. Virgo contains 8th lord Moon and Mars (significator of disease). Usually Cancer (8th), Virgo (8th lord & Mars) and Taurus (6th) are active in D-6 Narayana dasa when I get sick. Perhaps the correlation could be stronger for ROGA. Hare Rama Krishna Sanjay Rath I had tried various charts. I found the most consistent correlations for ROGA in D-6 Narayana dasa only. In D-8 Narayana dasa, I could find indications for uneasiness, pressures, litigation etc. May Jupiter's light shine on us, Narasimha
