Your natal chart doesn't show any possibility of change in job. On the contrary, there can be promotion/achievements/improvements during this time. Sun is in 10th house from the Dasamsa Lagna, thus attained Dig-bala. You may have changed the last job between 2007-2009, if I am right. Prasna shows obstacles if the job is changed & doesn't show any possibility of change in job. You can do any mantra of Ramchandra or Surya, to ward off evil effects. Transits are not too favourable.
