Could anyone please answer this question?

 

How do we judge the effect of a planet who owns the 9th and 12th houses?

One house, 9th refers to fortunes, luck, guru etc, whereas the 12th

houses refers to loss, giving up etc.

 

What will be the primary function of these planets when owning such

combination of houses?

Hello, I would like to add practical example here...My twins(boys) has Gemini Asc and Saturn( being 8L & 9L) placed in their 2nd house.
