Choosing Gemstones (Swami)

Namaste dear Swami,

Listing out all possible solutions of Sukra being unfavorable Graha

in this chart, those mentioned were the only one I could find (and

that was after quite some time spent in serious thinking). It is my

mistake to " equalize " effects of Rudra and Maheshvara in Shula dasa

somewhere in my memory, which is apparently wrong. Anyway, I did say

that I sincerely doubt it is of any significance to wear gemstone

for it (either to increase or to decrease).

So far I was informed about just a few rules regarding determining

Maheshvara in chart, and to be honest I thought that Ketu/Rahu could

reverse counting only in case if it is in 8th from AK or if Rahu

itself is AK. Thanks for one more useful information about this

issue.

P.S. All this long day on gemstones issue... I received one

completely unexpected gift today afternoon: silver ring with a pearl

and matching silver pectoral also decorated with pearls. What is

this today...? I was never this much involved in any thread so far.

Whatever… I do have a plan to wear it, even though Chandra is not

lording my trines.

Dear Maja,I have been reading each and every message on this thread and, at the outset, was surprised to read about Neeraj's observations. However, things became quite clear later on especially with your comments on antardasha.Your very last sentence in your last mail (even though chandra is not lording my trines) caught my attention. Debilitated chandra (in Scorpio, in lagna) is lording 9th house in my chart with exalted Atmakaraka Jupiter positioned in 9th. Now, Rahu conjoining moon in lagna aspects 5th, 7th and 9th house spoiling Jupiter (I think KSY or KAY operational here along 1-7 axis). So, the net result is Atmakaraka Jupiter and Moon (though already afflicted due to debilitation) is afflicted. All this is something I have been told by various astrologers (not necessarily all at the same time).Someone had suggested Pearl, Coral and Diamond

to me. I am still wearing diamond in silver ring on my right hand ring finger (presently going through Venus dasha), and Coral in gold pendant in the neck. I wore Pearl in a silver ring earlier but changed it to a pendant and wore it in the neck in a black string. I have since removed it but I must say that whenever I wear Pearl it quietens my temper down. Besides that, I have not seen any improvement in my career or financial aspects.Now, my real question to you is this. Moon being afflicted and left hand to be used (for the effect to be reduced), I should have worn the Pearl in my left hand ring finger? You may take few days to reply!
