Its particularly the association of Mars or Ketu with the sixth house which causes accident-proneness. This is the case in the chart. But see the Shoola Dasa - its of Capricorn housing the Shatrupada (accidents) and is placed in the trines to the Arudha Lagna (affecting overall health). To be sure how the body is affected by this, check the strength of the Moon in the Dasapravesh chart for this particular Capricorn dasa. The best advise during this time is to have Rudrabhisheka done for him soon and again when his birth nakshatra arises.
