need help to analyze a chart - for marriage issues

I am trying to analyze one of my friend's chart. Her marriage is

getting delayed for long. I could see the follwoing issues in the chart

 

1. Ju is in MK

2. Ke is MK

3. 7th house is aspected by Ma from Lagna

4. Venus is lord of thrishadaya (3rd) and randhra bhava and also in

retrograde

 

Can someone help me with remedies to minimize the effects of above?

Birth date : 27-Apr-77

Birth place: Baroda, India
