Jupiter is considered as karaka for marriage and prosperity for women, so the curse on Jupiter shall have telling effect in the sense that she was not able to get married during Jupiter's Moola Dasa periods. Is your question meant literally, in that when you ask whether the native is inclined to get married, do you mean to ask whether she herself is interested? Or do you mean whether she has chances of getting married? In any case, I think even if it were the former, it is a sort of Karmic-Fruedian slip. The Atmakaraka Shukra is the Naisargika Karaka for marriage, Vargottama in debility in the Badhak Sthana in the 7th House of marriage. The chart is otherwise not showing severe curses etc but the Atma does not seem to wish marriage. Rahu is in the 7th from the Arudha Lagna showing a spiritual person. The 7th Lord is retrograde and forming Curse of Mercury in the 9th House. It is joined the 6th Lord Sun indicating the celibate attitude of a spinster. The 7th Lord is also in the 6th House from the Arudha Lagna. Both Darapada and Upapada are aspected by Shani showing a lack of interest in relationships and marriage due to the lifestyle being followed. Badha, seclusion, people eligible to be seen as spouse material, celibate lifestyle are all involved areas in the Shrapa. This has to be remedied. The question is being raised now as Guru is in Gochar in the 2nd from Upapada and the Vara being Budhvar indicates that the remedy for the Shrapa is required along with fasting on Shukravar. She has lost her father 7 years back and stays with old mother who is always worried about daughter's marriage.None of the uncles are alive to help the mother out.Mother feels she may not be wanting to get married as the daughter is at a very high post and always in a touring job(the lifestyle aspect that you mentioned). The thing is that Shani matures at about 36 and this age is near. As Shani matures, she may feel more drawn towards the idea. The Manglik Dosha formed by Mangal in the 8th House indicates that any potential-spouse charts must be viewed in this light as well. The Arudha Lagna is not aspected by Shani showing that it is not the entire manifest personality that has opposed the idea of relationships and marriage but just the attitude to relationships and marriage. Neecha nodes in the Kendra from Lagna give Rajayoga. She should fast on Shukravar and chant the Atmalinga Mantra: 'Om Namah Shivaaya Namo Triyambakeshwaraaya'. There is some Karmic debt in the marriage shown by Upapada in the 8th House. The Chatursheeti Sama Dasha applies in the chart and Moon-Venus is on, both planets capable of giving marriage. In Navamsha, Moon obstructs the Papa Argala of Rahu to the Lagna and is the 7th Lord. Shukra also aspects the 7th Lord and obstructs the Argala of Ketu to the 7th from Navamsha. She should also recite 'Om Namo Narasimhaaya' and envision the future spouse as Vishnu while fasting. This will remedy the Curse and also activate the Upapada. The Pratyantara Dasha of Mangal will be good for marriage as it is joined a trinal lord in the Navamsha. She should not get too caught up on the idea of 'status' as the spouse may be from a relatively humble background: Shukra is Neecha. He will be from a short distance away, maybe a neighbouring town. The South-Eastern direction is generally a good direction for her in life . In this case, it simply doesn't match. Also in Dhanu Navamsa Lagna, Rahu in 12th house is straight yoga for no marriage. I am not saying that Navamsa must change without prior checking up, however Dhanu navamsa also shows delayed marriage.
