How to look for -own house or rented house--Learned members

To Respected learned members,

Can anybody guide how to look whether native stays

in own house or rented house.Some people cannot move

to their own house even though they own a house due to

transfers and other circumstances.I beleive we need to

consider 4th house but not clear.

For ex-even i have my own house,i am not able to live

in that since 2002.In my horoscope 4th lord Saturn is

in 11th and also Mars in 10th aspecting 4th house.

Also have Mars in 4th house in navamsa being

vargottama.

Can anybody please guide on this.

17th March 1978 time-21:50
