Have you used Tattwa-Antar Tattwa method,Kunda, Pranapada methods etc.? Because at the time you gave the Kunda is not matching.Kunda has to be Janma Nakshatra or trines to that. For the time you gave, I get Rohini Nakshatra as Kunda Nakshatra and Pranapada in Navamsha Chart is in Meena Rashi which is 11th from Navamsha Lagna and 6th from Chandra Navamsha.But I found the matching is with Tattwa and Antar Tattwa method where the birth took place in Prithvi Tattwa ( Male ) and Akasha Antar Tattwa ( male ).Ofcourse the method of Birth time rectification is a difficult task.So if we neglect other methods like Kunda and Pranapada Methods, then we can consider your birth time rectification based on Tattwa basis.Ofcourse I have taken the Sun rise as the Tip of the Sun's disc appears to be on the horizon. Now after adding the dushtana position of Moon Im not clear when to use it, so I only use it when Moon is in 3 or 11 while here the Moon is in forth. I use the ND in the D7 from the seventh bhava, that was used by the tradition so I follow, I didnt make any research with starting with the fifth lord so I cant comment. I think the child birth occured between Jan 20' 2004 and June 20' 2004 in Ge-Cp (ND of D-7). The sign occupied or aspected by the sixth lord is unlikely to give child we can eliminate - Aq and Li.this leaves us with Ge and Pi. Between Ge and Pi Ge is more likely to give child, because Sc is the first AD and Sc is aspected by 6th lord. Now Antardasa of the sign occupied by the 5th lord or aspected by the same can give a child, this gives us - Sc, Cp, Ar, Cn. Out of this , again, the sign occupied or aspected by the sixth lord is unlikely to give child so eliminate - Ar, Sc, Aq and Le antardashas. We are left with Cp and Cn. I think the child birth occured between Jan 20' 2004 and June 20' 2004 in Ge-Cp (ND of D-7). The sign occupied or aspected by the sixth lord is unlikely to give child we can eliminate - Aq and Li.this leaves us with Ge and Pi. Between Ge and Pi Ge is more likely to give child, because Sc is the first AD and Sc is aspected by 6th lord. Now Antardasa of the sign occupied by the 5th lord or aspected by the same can give a child, this gives us - Sc, Cp, Ar, Cn. Out of this , again, the sign occupied or aspected by the sixth lord is unlikely to give child so eliminate - Ar, Sc, Aq and Le antardashas. We are left with Cp and Cn.
