Since the lagna is marginal, I have looked at both Rasi as well as Bhava charts to understand the problem better. From the karma angle, it appears to be the curse of the spouse from the previous birth. Venus is severely afflicted by Sun, Rahu (co-badhaka), Ketu (8th lord), Mercury (6th lord) and Saturn (co-Badhaka). Venus is in Gemini, the third house representing lungs. Since, badhaka and Ketu involved, there could be errors in the initial diagnosis of the problem. Please note that all these health complications have taken place in the ongoing period of Venus-Rahu-Mercury. Venus is the suffering party, Rahu and Mercury are inflicting the danger. I am not good at prescribing remedies. You may have to take help of others for that.
