Sir,

I wish to present a chart given in " Saptha Rishi Nadi " along with my

analysis and for further discussion.

Janma Lagnam is Katakam.Ravi is in Kanya,Budha,Shukra,Kuja and Rahu

in Thula,Guru and Shani in Dhanus,Chandra in Kumbham and Ketu in

Mesham.

The Nadi declares that the native is " Lame " .No reasons are

assigned ,I think, for giving such a prediction.

The lagnam is Katakam. Its lord is Moon.He is in the eigth house

indicating some danger to the body of the native

concerned.Incidentally,Moon is the " karaka for change of place " .We

may say that Moon has governance over the functioning of " Locomotary

organs " .?

The Lord of the sixth house is Jupiter. He is in his " Moola Trikona

Rasi " .he represents the thighs of " kala Purusha " .The eigth lord

Saturn is in conjunction with him, let us presume. There fore some

danger is indicated to happen pertaining to the thigh portion or the

leg of the native.

Let us look at the Chandra Lagnam.Chandra is the lord of the sixth

house from Chandra Lagnam.?He is placed in the Chandra Lagnam

indicating some disease to the body.Shani represnets the legs in

general.Shani is aspecting his own sign and Chandra also.

Therefore it is easy to see that Shani and Chandra along with Guru

would cause some devasting effect to the leg(s) of the native.

Therefore the predictions seem to have been made as according to the

beaten track methods known to the present day astrologers through the

agency of classical writers of yore.?

Regards,

jagannathan.
