Dr. Rahul is quite right.

As far as sat placement is concern then if sat is the sig. and a ruling planet or in the dasa then it may give delay but in your case the sat is not in the pic . You can check subs of the planets in sig.

Here jupiter is there which is retro and slow moving planet so pls check the transist it may give dealys.
