I am living in hyderabad since june 2004( i joined this company on 21/06/04). Initially i didn't get good work and from last 1 year i am doing nothing in my company. i didn't get any work to do. I am sitting idle in office. I went to office and do internet and come home. From last 3 months i am looking for change in job. Till now i have tried in 15 companies,but didn't get cleared in any of these companies. It's not like that i don't know anything about my work. I am answering interviewer's questions, but still didn't get any job.My salary is 20-25% less than my peers. Will u please tell me any remedy for this. Secondly i wanna know that is there any chance of going abroad from some company? If yes, then when?
