I have visited him and followed the remedies he recommended (lighting ghee lamps under a 'Vilva' tree and doing an archana at the temple). While his general identification of me was correct, the remedies have not worked so far since 2007. Status quo remains same. I have also called him a few times so far and everytime Iam told that things will be okay very soon ie.. after Poornima....after some other events but has not happenned so uptil now. I also know that few other people swear by him in this group. I will not be surprised if sumone writes that I may have not done my pariharams with full power of my mind and heart. I am not here to falsely criticise or praise anyone. Im just sharing MY experience. I must also state that he does not charge people and has never hidden the 'no charge' issue. That is his practice. He does not read but sings the naadi verses in a particular tune which is very different from other people I visited. Pariharams recommended by other readers have also not shown any changes so far. Sunny u have written that u called up Ramni guruji again few times after doing parihara . did u call him on phone or went personally ? and when he said that work will be done after poornima or some other event , was he telling this from his own intuition or from leaves . I usually called him at the time after his prayers as advised by him. Only reason I called him was to update him on the status/delay. Almost all the time I was given the similar line of things will be getting okay soon. This was more than a year ago. I do not call anymore. He was usually of a different temperament on the phone everytime i called. This has also been indicated by another forum member here. Maybe its just too many people calling him. Whenever, we ask him, he'll say that things will happen, but on ground nothing has happened. Last June he told me by Jan this year all my problems will get solved etc, but it is April, nothing has happened. Guest guest Posted April 1, 2009 Report Share Posted April 1, 2009 With due respect to the mysterious field of Nadi Astrology and me being a great believer in this field....My sincere advise to everyone ...DO NOT MAKE ANY EFFORTS TO GET JEEVA NADI READING. ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT.....if Jeeva Nadi reading is meant for you, it will come to you no matter where you are (even if a person is imprisoned ). Trust me this is the fact and I learnt this lesson during my India trip recently. Especially DO NOT MAKE any efforts to meet Ramani Guruji. He himself told me that, the decision/instruction to read Jeeva Nadi for a particular person is neither in the hands of Ramani Guruji nor at the will of the seeker. You may wonder that, as a seeker of Jeeva Nadi reading, one should make efforts to achieve that and you may think that the seeker should make attempts to visit the reader -- This is NOT true. If you still don't believe....give it a try until you believe it by yourself. I know it's very difficult to control the desire of making efforts until you see the result...but I am just passing this message so that, atleast if you go with this mindset you will NOT be disappointed totally. Another interesting thing I had witnessed, is, a typical human nature of surrendering to the power (by power I mean, higher officials, politicians, etc.,) -- When I had visited Ramani Guruji, I witnessed that, he is no exception to this typical human nature of surrendering to the power. There was a person (X) who was brought over by his friend (Y) to Ramani Guruji. Person Y belongs to high official category and Ramani Guruji know him. The person X got his reading done by Ramani Guruji....later the person X told me that, he had no interest or the need for this Jeeva Nadi, he just came there just because he respects his friend Y who brought X to this place. Not to say that, that particular Jeeva Nadi reading did NOT make any sense to X. PS: I too agree that, Ramani Guruji is short tempered.
