Guest guest
Today I went for getting prasannam khandam for me, there I got some inside information on naadi books which I give below. I request WCs Nanda and Oak to show more light. I got my prasannam reading from Agastiya naadi centre in West Mambalam, Chennai originally they were in Ashok Nagar Chennai, now they have shifted to West Mambalam Kamachi puram / 7th Ave Ashok Nagar behind Karur vysya bank. Now for the data: 1. My original readings were from Mr. Balasubramaniam's centre 2. As Mr. Sanjay informed here, they are requesting earlier readings, when I questioned it, they told we don't care were you got your earlier reading and it is no way connected with any further readings and we require the book to identify the chart and thumb type and check the same with our leafs. 3. The prasanam chapter also begins like other chapters and here I found there are two types of books a) siru nool or small book b) perum nool or big book. Siru nool waont have mush details and perum nool with have more details, this what the reader informed. now: according to them Mr. Balasubramaniam was their relative and what he has is siru nool and they are having both siru nool and perum nool. The perum nool is more accurate and will have minute details according to them. I asked them about seven questions against stipulated 5 and they charged me 500 while siru nool was 300Rs. Now for the predictions: as they told me, the predictions were specific to the core and they also indicate the time of seeking ( may be he would got it from a ephemeris) and it said I seek the reading while the sun is at this location in the sky, and the time is this horai and the star is swathi and it was half an hour since it raised. It pointed out the answers in the order I asked. They wrote the questions in Tamil even though I deliberately had the questions in English, but they asked me to dictate in Tamil. I marked the questions as per my English version. And the reply was in the same order of my questions. They further told me that the Guru peyarchi or shifting of Guru into Makaram is on 28th Oct 2008, when I questioned this they told me , this is what given in the naadi almanac and the panchagams follow some point of calculation and each and panchangam will have some degree of difference. (I don't know is there a particular ephemeris exclusively for naadi). The readings were for a ensuing 3 year period and not more than that, when I tried to find a reason for this, I found in my general chapter and other chapters, they didn't talk about the period told in the prasanam chapter, it told abt 31 and from there went to 35, then to 40, 43, 46, 50 and it stopped at 69. So, my assumption is the prasannam is giving predictions about the unmarked period in other chapters we saw earlier. So, now I request both WCs to post and throw some more light on the whole issue. In regard to the accuracy of predictions, I have to see and will be knowing it when they happen. From my above post, some clarifications would have been got and I hope the information was useful. PS: The reading also informed on my question - why nothing is happening on ground even after doing santhi, it said, the sins of previous births were so strong, it blanketed the effects of the rituals hence I didn't get the desired results. It has indicated a period. Dhinakar

The new address you provided (see above) is confusing. It indicates that they have left Ashok Nagar and yet the new address also says Ashok Nagar. I would appreciate it if you would post the complete new address. Thank you.
Guest guest
There is no confusion. They are actully in West Mambalam but next compound is Ashok Nagar, It is a corner building were both areas conjugate. Hence as a identification, both markings were given. Just reach Karur Vysya Bank in 7th Ave. on its corner you'll find a Tea shop, next building is this place (Centre) on ground floor. Guest guest
dear members i like to start a discussion on one point. It is said that nadis are based on Anshas (minute arcs). 120 or150 minutes per digree. But how come nono of the nadi reading mentions about these arcs and all readings mention about only gochar(transit) like comman astrologer. this is the astroliogical language. those who have knowledge can understand. Some of you might say that all nadi reading is done in samadhi state. but even in samadhi state the rules of astrology are considered. Guest guest
Dear Nitin bhai, I do not think Naadi predictions are entirely based on astrology/astronomical phenomenon. The Naadi shastra has its own protocol beyond the comprehension of ordinary human beings. If it was Astrology then Vedang Jyotih the oldest text and considered part/ limb of Vedas would have certainly made reference to it.There is not a single reference in any of the Sanhitas or Granthas written by our Purvacharyas on astrology/astronomy.Naadi predictions are truely very enigmatic shrouded in mystery. May be it is the Divine Wish. Regds.
