Guest guest
I believe the bottom line is very simple. In the same way as in other industries, practitioners in this " industry " do not understand the power of the Internet, and believe that prior practices, such as ignoring customer queries, will work. Just as other industries have learned to their chagrin that the Internet is a game-changer, they will, as well, sometimes quickly to their benefit, and sometimes painfully and too late for them. This is not to say that there may not be good naadi readers or generally good naadi practices with some poor readers, but I will certainly be skeptical of Mr. Balasubramaniam's establishment until I see a response. People need to understand that email is not a one-way conduit to generate more business. It is a mechanism to reach out to potential customers as well and, while it may not be possible to respond to every query, certainly a post on a forum such as this to address comments / complaints would be a smart thing to do. Also, to the complaint about non-Tamilians being cheated, there is no need to be xenophobic. Bad practitioners use whatever techniques they can to practice their craft badly. There is another set of techniques for Tamilians, that are not worth going into in any depth. Thank you.
