I am seeing quite a long time since I

become a member in this august group many are having ill feelings on naadi

predictions off course I too had ill feelings and I searched for the answers

why and what is causing those ill feelings and found the answer. I have earlier

in my posts given answer as a reply to many questions asked by several of our

learned members of this august forum. I reproduce the same down here.

There are many complaints against naadi predictions going haywire or not

happening and this has resulted in some nasty expressions by some so called

sceptics especially from a so called female member of this forum from Bangalore

who without even experiencing and not having basic knowledge of this entire

subject. I request her to go deep into this subject and then express her

scepticism as each and everything should have a value that applies even to non

beliefs - if a person who says there is no god, should first try to experience

the God and has to try to find out the logics behind the theory of God and

unless until he is damn sure what he is upto and after satisfying himself or

herself for 100% sure then should say there is no God and should not go by what

others say. There is a Tirukural 'EPPPORUL YAR YAR VAI KETPINUM APPPORUL

MEI PORUL KANBAHU ARIVU' meaning whatever one hears or reads, he should analyse

that thing fully and then should come to a logical conclusions and should not merely

go by words of others. This does not entirely mean not to believe on words of

others, but apply one's own rational thinking on the same to have a logical

analysis.

My raison d'être is as follows:

1. There are two main positions to this: a. the entire future prediction part

is wrong in that context

b. Misreading or misquoting the text

2. The most logical and high percentage of cause is misreading or misquoting

the text - there is a proverb in Tamil 'EYUTHIYAVAN YETA KEDUTHAN | PADICHAVAN

PATTA KEDUTHAN' literal meaning is person who wrote the script spoiled the text

and the person who read that script spoiled the script.

This is what happening in majority of cases as many naadi readers don't have

knowledge to several old bygone Tamil words, what they remember is regular

words they come across in the scripts also they lack intuitions and analytical

mind.

Take for instance in my 10th Chapter there was a reference that I'll start

business at the age 30 but the reader misunderstood the meaning as 20+2+5 where

as the word was 'IRUBANUM ER I' which is 20+5*2 = 30 I started my business in

age if 30 as predicted. Also in many instances the readers wrongly

understood the text

from the above example we can understand the main reason behind the saying the

predictions didn't happen at the said time.

So, I request the members to read the written text and try to decode it but use

the reader's version only as a guide and not more than that.

3. Another reason behind non happening of predictions :

a. the planetary positions will not allow the predictions to act

b. Karma will also alter the course of predictions

for example: I was told in the naadi that I'll be getting daily huge income and

also will get married when I am in 31 years of age - nothing happened as

predicted so I saw santhi chapter as I didn't saw it earlier nor I did those

parhirams earlier: In that it was told in categorical terms that those things

that were stated to be happening at the age of 31 didn't happen as you didn't

do the pariharams as you have lot of sins committed in the past.

So I did the pariharams as told -> here from this example we can understand

another reason for non happening of predictions is karma another reason can

also be cited this time for my father: he was predicted to have a series of

treats to life in form of Khandams esp at the age of 58. He did the santhi

pariharams but he didn't seems to have done it as told to visit certain temples

in Tanjore area and other steps, what he did was he did his santhi by visiting

local temples here also did the orders as per naadi here itself instead of

designated place and he didn't do certain part of the rituals. He died at the

age of 58 as predicted because of khandham. So from this example we can find

out Karma plays a crucial role in altering the naadi predictions.

another case of non happening of predictions are: jealousness, having bad mind

on the native by his surrounding people esp by relatives and friends as it is

scientifically proved our mental thoughts have effects on the surroundings by a

research in Rice fields by Japanese scientists - so the mental thoughts also

play crucial role in the happenings of Naadi predictions - this was evident

from my deekshai readings also from personal experience.

4. Then there will be a question will rise: will the rishis who are stated to

have written the predictions wouldn't have thought on these and if they

know that these won't happen then why they gave those predictions - for

this I am trying to get a logical answer and will post the same when I get it.

5. Prevailing planetary positions: Another factor that affects the predictions

is positions of planets in the gochara or current to near future motion of

planets, as anyone who have some basic knowledge of Astrological science, can

defend this.

6. Another hidden factor which is not easily comes to rational thinking is the

reader itself: if a person who reads the texts is not blesses with good

thoughts or the time he reads the texts is not good, then also the predictions

may go wrong.

7. From my experience, the naadi readings give different meanings according to

different situations and mind set.

I have left out several other points as they vanished from my mind due to

breakup in the flow of thought. I shall post those when they come back in my

mind.

I hope the above points would have cleared some part of the question of non

happening of predictions. I have tried answering the above with rational mind and no

partisan and even I have lot of unanswered questions and trying to get answers for them in this wonderful naadi system.Dhinakar Rajaram Iyer
