Guest guest
Hi, 'Kaandhan' means one who shines. ('Kaandhi' means brightness in tamil). 'Pinkaandhan' could mean Chandra. 'Pin' means later. One who shines late is moon , after sun set. "Pinkaandhan oththu vazhvu" - "Life like a moon". It could mean life that is cool, beautiful which are the very nature of moon. Also moon will be waxing and waning constantly. Guest guest
Dear Ms. Swetha: " Pin Kaandhan Otthu vaazhvu " means " later there will be compatible life with spouse " . Kaandhan in pure Naadi terminology means " husband " in the readings of a woman The portions given by you indicate that you will have a happy marital life. Of course, I am telling the meaning of just the sentence you have given here. Blessed be. Pandit R. DAKSHINAMOORTHI. Guest guest
Dear Ms. Dipika: The word " Pinkaanthan " can be interpreted in different ways and its meaning depends on the context. If the naadi verses had been something like " mElaana Mandral Pin kaanthan otthu vaazhvu " , it could have meant " there will be praiseworthy marriage with a good person and a happy life with him later " . But, if it is something like " padipadiyaai munnetram idayE verrAm Mandral...chollidave Pin Kaandhan otthu vaazhvu " , it will refer to the " Second husband " . That is why I wrote in my earlier mail that the context of the word is important. The person has given me the full verses related to that since her posting here (I am not disclosing it here as obviously she wrote to my personal email-id). Going by the context of those verses, the meaning given by Shekarji was correct. It did mean " second husband " . The naadi reader has not given the correct meaning and has given a different slant to the reading to her (he has not referred to the second marriage at all)! This explains partly why many persons are not satisfied with naadi readings and feel they are inaccurate! Blessed be. Pandit R. DAKSHINAMOORTHI. Guest guest
The word kaanthan means lover in ancient Tamil. This word is not used in present Tamil. Many naadi words will give more than one meaning. Some times the lines may not be direct at all and we have to presume the meaning and those told only when they happen or if we have good knowledge of the things. I think that dame who asked this meaning, might get: sorry to say : divorsed or get widowed but she may remarry. Or she may be in deep love with a guy and that love may see a break and she may fall into love with another eventully to see nuptials. This is purely based on my context and what I presume.
