An Appeal and instructions for Naadi Astrological Canters Dear Chief Naadi Astrologers, 23 Sep 2007 As discussed earlier, Conference of Naadi Palm leaf Astrologers for One Day is proposed to be conducted in Pune on 14 October 2007. The hand outs (50 Copies) for you to give your clients are sent herewith for your distribution and display in your Centre at prominent place. The entry passes books of 15 coupons each are attached for your centre. Only Row No.s are written.. Persons can sit any where in that row. Please hand over this letter to them for making suggestions. For

more coupons please contact Shri. Chandrakant Shewale (Mob: 9422085795) The entry fee is Rs 10/- per parson. These coupons are to be shown for entry & for Tea and snacks time You and your staff should be available by 1245 on 14 Oct in Udyan Prasad Karyalaya. The Lunch will be on your own. On Arrival contact Shri. Rajas Khaladkar for No. of persons, their names for announcement for presents. . Every person from your centre should have name plate and Centre place displayed on the left side of chest for

easy reorganisation. Your centre staff should ensure the Entrée Passes given by your centre for the function are seated in the same allotted Row. In case of any urgent entry or help please contact Shri.Santosh Oak and his staff. He is in charge of Entry passes and Seating arrangement. You are to bring along with you printed material any booklet, Visiting Cards of your centre in sufficient Quantity You will be provided with a Table and 2 Chairs for your representative to give appointments and obtain thumb Impression. You are expected to give some concession and priority for the persons enrolling the names at the Conference time. You are requested to bring sample packet of Naadi leaf for display. Not for reading purpose. You are not to interact with any Media persons. Only authorised persons by the Conference Management Committee will meet the press. For copies of the photographs of the function could be obtained from the official photographer Sri Nandu Shelke (Mob : 9422323234) on payment. Private photography is permitted. Care should be taken that the cameramen do not hinder too much view of the people. The Trophy named as “Gaurav Chinha” is specially made, as remembrance of Great Maharshees for the service rendered to many persons for last many years should be displayed at prominent place in your centre. It is really a great effort you are putting towards organising the Conference for all the questions people raise on the sacred science of Nadi, I would not be able to join and would miss this oppurtunity to present my opinions but as a beliver of the great Sages and Maharishis i have sent a small contribution to your account yesterday.

 

Since i would not be able to attend is it possible to have a Video of the conference if you are getting it recorded
