I had been to Nadi astrologer POOSAIMUTHU at Vaitheeswaran Koil in

tamil Nadu. He is considered to be best nadi astrologer in that

area. Nadis originated from this place from a palace. If one see this

place there are plenty of astrologers and we cannot differentiate who

is a quack and who is real.

You have to wait for a long time before you get your turn. As you

register youhave to give your thump impression ( right for males and

left for females) and give the date of birth name etc

They say that they will search for the nadi from their archieves. I

dont know how far this is true. It takes few hours and then they call

the persons concerned. Some how they arrive at the name of the father

and mother that is pretty accurate. They look at the Almanac (

Panchangam) and draw the horoscope secretly. this is the basis for

their reading.

when it comes to the karma kantam, what they say, i dont agree. They

even look at the days paper, sometimes there will be an article on one

of the nearby temples, and they use this while reading. How far this

is true we cannot refute. For remedy they say that youhave to

propitiate the god only thru this nadi reader.

the remedies are sometimes simple -visiting some nearby temples and

sometimes more expensive running into thousands .

I contacted Vasishta nadi and Bogar Nadi with regard to my daughters

marriage. so far their predications never materialised.
