Guest guest
Hello All, Guys I happen to be one among those who have been badly affected due to this terrible Market Slash.I empathise with the thousands of Investers that have put in their hard earned money & are now wondering as to how would they celebrate Diwali. Instead of looking back & weeping tears lets look forward & lets come together to see as to what best can be done to invest in this market & reap rich benifits in the year to come. I would require the help of all yourll out there to answer the questions below so that all can benifit.. 1) Now that the Nuclear Deal is signed, which stocks will be the most benifitted from this deal.(The names if L & T,NTPC come to my mind) 2)Now that most of us are broke(atleast me) but still the investing worm & the risk factor hasn't gone,In this scenerio which is the best mid-cap & micro-cap stocks to buy. 3)When will the market bottom out. 4)Which will be the best mutual funds to purchase at this time. I BELIEVE THE ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS SHALL BENEFIT ALL. Thanks & Regards, Pramod Pacher
Guest guest
People who entered late into the rally are the only ones who has lost 60 to 70 % of principal amount. Anyone who had invested in most of stocks before july 2007 have their principal still retained. Anyway thats a different story. To answer your questions. 1) Nuke Deal will not have any kind of immediate impact on expectations from any private participants in India though it would have or create some run up in companies here much earlier than India. So there wont be another RNRL or RPL or RPOWER so soon. But L & T as a conglomerate is a very good story at the current valuations, not only because its in energy development. Also keep a strong watch on Suzlon, we have many clients here who purchase turbines from GE considered first and then its Suzlon. Also there would be heavy emphasis across the world on alternative energy. 2) Again Mid-cap or small cap stocks could be forgotten, as they are the first to be dropped by market makers in times of distress and the last to be picked up during a bull run. So it will take much more time than we may think. In short avoid mid and small caps for next year or so...which dont have any institutional investor holding. 3) Only god knows. :-)...But the market should surely start its concrete upward run in 2nd half of next year. possibly when the year end results are out from most companies and the actual effect of this economic downturn is understood. (which would not be as great as market participant have been panikcing in India) 4) You may want to buy Infra Funds, Energy Funds, Banking funds (also stocks in same category after after doing due research) Apart from the MF, for investments it would be a goof time to start accumulating. Probably you can split your capital in 3 parts and invest one part now, 2nd part after 2 months and 3rd part after another 2 months. Should be a very very good strategy. All the best to you me and all....have a happy festive time.. Guest guest
Well said sp. the short term support for nifty is 3200. i will pick up A group stocks at the or below the fair value for 3 yrs period. speculation is bad. reliance support level given was 1400 and next support is 948. so i would better catch it at 948, deep below its fair value. the overall market trend will be bearish unless saturn moves out of leo. so inbetween we may see bullish rallies. Inderjit Sahni ji has posted good astro analysis for the markets. so instead of talking of stocks we will talk of astrological research on stocks. happy investing. l , " sp_kp_student " <thisisme1978 wrote: > > People who entered late into the rally are the only ones who has lost > 60 to 70 % of principal amount.
