Guest guest
Sunilji, Do you have any positive proof that stone alters destiny? I'm asking this not only because it is against the hypothesis behind astrology but also all our holy books of philosophy including The Gita speak about the deterministic model of the Universe. I've doubt if KSK himself believed in the concept of altering destiny ......otherwise he would not have quoted the story of Baraha Mihir in introduction of his Horary Reader. Guest guest
Dear Suprakash, Nothing/Nobody can change one's destiny, written by Bramha at the time of one's birth...that is Fate... However the human being is an incorrigibly optimistic being, and this optimism is encouraged by our present educational/religious/social institutions etc., in the false hope and belief that if we believe in Fate we will all be devoid of optimism and/or any incentive to improve and progress... However, fact remains, and experience shows that nobody or nothing can change one's fate...everything is predestined, which the human learns by experience, quite often late in life after having been proven powerless before FATE/DESTINY... Our ancients have handed down this knowledge to us,after having gone through all of this and having learnt many a bitter lesson...so that we don't have to suffer...from ignorance... However, like good wine,Man too matures with age...I suppose...hence today's youth are usually more optimistic/less realistic than they should be,hence we see more youth meeting with disappointment, early in life and we see that increasingly the young cannot cope with these " failures " ...witness the increasing numbers of frustrated youth comitting suicides/murders etc...the world over... KSK had experienced these things happening around him and used to advocate contentment...and stoic resignation to the Will of God or Fate... He had also devised a method to evaluate the degree of prosperity one is destined to enjoy in his life...so that one can study this or a K.P. Astrologer can suitably advise his client about the limitations within which he can expect material success...by analysing the sub-lord of one's Ascendant and its significations... He had not decried the use of gems neither had he not given it any importance...but recommended wearing the appropriate ones to strengthen only the beneficial planets... A comprehensive Chart for choosing the right gem as per one's Ascendant is also provided by him...in his readers... With best wishes, L.Y.Rao. Guest guest
Hello, Although, I am not sure. whether the genstones change the destiny, I am certain that it definelty provides the psychological boosting one reques in times of adversery. It helps to a certain extent to strengthen the mind, reduce the ill effects. However, it might not change the fate. Further, personally, I do not believe that all things are fixed in our life. If this is so, there would be no menaing to life and the theory of 'Karma'. Karma, infact, is the result of excrecising free will. However, there is no denying that one has to tase the fruits of ones own karma from past life (sweet or sour), there is no escaping this fact. with regards Chandrashekhar Yogesh Rao Lajmi <lyrastro1 wrote: Dear Suprakash, Nothing/Nobody can change one's destiny, written by Bramha at the time of one's birth...that is Fate... Guest guest
Dear CJ I fully agree your point regarding " Karma " . The dichotomy of Karmic result and Fixed destiny is still a matter of confusion to me even though all known great spiritual leaders have stressed the both. May be it is matter of higher level of realization. But this doesn't justify the use of Stones etc...an effort to bypass your Karmic sufferings. Have u seen people wearing stones in all 10 fingers in his hand? What level of confidence he has in himself to fight for new Karma?? I always feel pity for those people as they have accepted defeat in all walks of life. He has no free will at all. You will definitely find afflicted weak 3rd house in those cases and that is also predestined.
