Dear Suryaprakashji,

Many thanks for your candid statement; the follwoing are some

details

 

Case  3: Female

The Native left for USA on 25th Dec 2006 for a job as a

web-designer after receiving training in Hyderabad. Did not have

any difficuluty in getting the visa.

 

Case 2 Female

 

The native did not get any admission in US universities but got

one in UK. Visa was delayed by one day and not granted on the

firstday but got on the 2nd day,

yet to leave India and slated to leave on 13th Sep 2007.

 

Case 1 : Male

The native had left to USA on 16th August 2007. In this case his

visa was put on hold for about a month; but got it on 3rd Aug

2007.

He has gone for higher studies.

 

Case 4: Male; had finished his studies in India.

 

I hope these details will help in arriving at rules for timing of

events.
