he has made the comments on natal and while replying he said that one of

the senior KP fellow from chennai has agrred about this.

can anybody confirm that this rule is applicable to natal?

Dear Sunil Ji

According to our humble experience, a retrograde planet cannot deny an event

in a natal chart.

In horary chart too, a retrograde planet sometimes gives result.

However, to support these views I am now not equipped with any typical chart.

Dear Sir,

Hello

In natal chart, retrograde planet/star doesn't deny the results. Only we are

using that during transit, which should not be through retrograde star/sub.

Even many times it gives result in horary charts or it may delay..

Dear Sheetal ji,

Please explain, rule of retrograde in 4 step gochar. what i understand by your

mail is, if DBAS starlord transit in Retro star/sub( on the day of event) they

do not give result.

or DBA planet transit in star/sub of planet which is retro in natal chart does

not give result.

Another concept advocated by Mr Sambhugam in Astrosecrets Part-1 is that

retro gate planet gives result of the houses which are 12 to the house.

If Mars is in 5th, it will give result to 6th as retrogate. As 5th is

the 12th to 6.

I have not yet checked his theory. Any one applied his theory may

comment.

Dear Kanakji

Hello

There is no special rule of retrograde planet in 4step gochar as per my

knowledge.

After selecting DBA for any particular incidence, the transit of DBA lords

is seen as follows for Natal as well as Horary both.Transit should agree

with DBA otherwise incidence may not take place

..

Fast moving planet's transit through stars of planets, and slow moving

planet's transit thruough sub of planet, and this star and sub should be the

strong significator for the incidence.at first 2steps, and should not be

retrograde.

More details can be given by Gondhalekar sir correctly.

TRANSIT IS SEEN FOR THE TIME OF HAPPENING THE INCIDENCE.So the stars and

Dear Sunil ji,

I am waiting for your detail explanation on this subject, please clear this

point, what is exact rule?

1) we have to check start lord or sub lord in natal chart

or

2) we have to check star lord or sub lord at the time of event?

Dear Kanakji

Hello

I think this misunderstanding is created because of my statement so I will

explain this to you.Sunil sir if I am wrong then u correct me too.

We have to check star lord and sublord of DBA in Natal as well as horary

chart!

..

But once the DBA are fixed for the incidence to happen, then we check

transit of DBA lords to see when the incidence will happen.

This time we have to see transit of natal DBA lords (depending upon slow

and fast moving planet as I already wrote) through gochar star/ sub so that

natal DBA lords should signify the event strongly at 1st 2steps in transit

also. This means DBA lords transit should also agree at the time of event.

And here I said this sub or star through which Natal DBA lord is

transiting, should not be retrograde (so in transit only we are concerned

with the retrograde status of the planet and not in natal chart.)

Dr Sheetal

Dear Sheetal ji,

No you are very clear on you writing, misunderstnind is in my writing.

I want to ask only about Gochar in 4 step that:

DBA planet's star or sub lord should not transit at the time of event in

retrograde montion.(in transit).

or

DBA planet's star or sub lord should not transit at the time of event which

are retrograde in natal chart

Dear Kanakji

We don't give any importance to retrograde status of planet and star in

natal chart.

I am talking about gochar/transit only.

During transit of DBA lord-- planet should not transit in star/sub of a

planet in retrograde motion.

(here we take transit through sub in case of slow moving planet and star in

case of fast moving planet and not both star and sub both for any planet.)

Dr Sheetal

Dear Sheetal ji,

Yes we are talking same:

During transit of DBA lord-- planet should not transit in star/sub of a planet

in retrograde motion.

BUT MY QUESTION IS RETROGRADE MONTION HOW TO CHECK IN NATAL CHART OR GOCHAR?

FOE EXMPLE:

PLANET A IS DASA LORD.

AT THE TIME OF MARRIAGE A IS TRANSITING IN STAR OR SUB OF B.

NOW MY QUESTION IS WE REJECT BCOZE B IS RETRO IN NATAL CHART OR WE REJECT

BCOZE B IS RETRO AT THE TIME OF MARRIAGE?

i want only clearifiction of this point.

Dear All,

As per KP taught in Hyderabad:

The retrogade planets have not been given any special significance

in the natal chart.

In case of horary, at the time of judgement, if a planet among the

ruling planets is retrogade it is removed from consideration.

While determining timing of events either by natal or by horary,

at the time of judgement

(i) if both the sub-lord and its star lord are retrogade at the

event will not take place

(ii) if the sub-lord is retrogade the question has to be

revisted

(iii) if the star lord is retrogade, then the event is promised

once the star lord become forward again.

There is a difference of opinion in (iii). Some hold that as soon

as the star lord become forward the evnet will take place; others

opine that the star lord will have to reach the position at which

it became retrogade in its forward motion.

Some teachers also state that the retro rule do not seem to be

universally applicable.

I have seen people with three planets retrogade in natal chart

doing extremely well in life.

Of course as per classical astrology, retrogade planets when alone

in a rasi are as powerful as the planet in exaltation.

I will post some examples later.

With regards

Arunachalam.

Dear Kanakji

Hello

Thanks for informing this to me, as I don't know this recent development.

Whatever I know regarding 4step is because of Mr Sunilji only and I consider

him as my Guruji in this respect. So if he says this then there is no

question of not agreeing to it. But since he took our workshops I am

following this rule only and thats why I wrote confidently.I will check my

cases which I solved in past( presently record is not with me), and where I

was wrong, was this a reason for that or not!.

You wrote that, u know recently he doesn't advice to take retrograde transit

in natal chart. Do you have any article/ example where he wrote regarding

this changed rule? Plz send it to me also or give reference.I will try to

revise my knowledge. As I don't have his recent magazines since I was out of

India.

Thanks once again.

Regards

Dr Sheetal

Dear Arunahclam ji,

thanks for information.

Question is about 4 step, and transit,

Personaly i do not follow Retro planet theory, and never consider retro planet

in horary or natal in my prectice.even not in RP.

regards

Kanak Bosmia

Arunachalam Jayaraman <aruncccm wrote:

Dear Kanakji

Hello

I always followed k p rules what Jayaramanji said, but now trying what Sunil

sir told in 4step, as there is not much difference.I am a student of kp and

want to follow method which gives +ve results thats all.As I am not expert

and don't get 100%correct answers. I think 4step is as the organized form

of kp and nothing else.I don't know why it is differentiated from k p. and

so much of discussion on 4step only.It may be because of lack of my

knowledge of kp astrology.Every body tries different rules from kp as you

also don't consider retrograde status anywhere which is different from

traditional kp rules, because you must have some base for that. So its good

all are doing research.

Whosoever informed you regarding the changed rule of 4step, must have given

some reference, I just want to know the reference for my benefit as I am

following old rules. So it will be so kind of you if you tell me the

reference.

Regards

Dr Sheetal

dear members,

regarding retrograde planet

i dont consider it in natal as well as horary but i consider retrograde

planets

effects in considering transit of DBA swami.for this i consider slow/fast

moving planets.

if DBA is fast moving(sun, mars, mer, and venus)planet then i consider his

starlord

and it should not be in star of retrograde planet.if DBA is slow moving

planet(jup,sat,rahu,ketu)

then i consider its sub and it should not be in star of retrograde planet.this

is simple rule

i follow for transit and its gives favaurable results.

this is my clarification

thanks

So it will be so kind of you if you tell me the

reference.

dear kanak,

the retrogression reslts are to be seen in transit planets and not in natal

planet,

i will post one article to clarify the transit results

Dear Sheetal ji,

No you are very clear on you writing, misunderstnind is in my writing.

I want to ask only about Gochar in 4 step that:

DBA planet's star or sub lord should not transit at the time of event in

retrograde montion.(in transit).

or

DBA planet's star or sub lord should not transit at the time of event which are

retrograde in natal chart

Dear Sunil ji,

dear members,

regarding retrograde planet

i dont consider it in natal as well as horary but i consider retrograde planets

effects in considering transit of DBA swami.for this i consider slow/fast moving

planets.

if DBA is fast moving(sun, mars, mer, and venus)planet then i consider his starlord

and it should not be in star of retrograde planet.if DBA is slow moving

planet(jup,sat,rahu,ketu)

then i consider its sub and it should not be in star of retrograde planet.this

is simple rule

i follow for transit and its gives favaurable results.

this is my clarification

thanks

So it will be so kind of you if you tell me the

reference.

Regards

Dr Sheetal
