The book is " HORARY ASTROLOGY AND CUSPAL INTERLINKS " by Shri S P Khullar, General Manager (Retd.), Department of Telecommunications. I have glanced through this book. The 458 pages book is quite exhaustive and covers almost all type of questions people generally ask. To analyse the Horary Chart at sub – sub level, Mr. Khullar recommends preparation of Horary Chart by number basis (1 to 2193). This enables accurately pinpointing the happening of the event.
