Dear Rajeev ji, I have erected horary chart at mumbai,

today,ie.20th Aug,2004 at 2:34:12pm.The 4th sub Venus,

though not in the star of a retro.planet, is not

connected to 4th, 11th or 12th and therefore the

purchase may not materialise.Regards, Hansraj.

at Chennai is as follows :

Moon, representing mind, is in the sign and sub of sun

and in the star of

ketu

ketu in in the sign of libra hence representing venus.

ketu in 7,moon in 5,ven in 3 ownes 2 and 7 cusps.

for property we should consider cusps no.4 ( prime

cusp fpr property ) ,11

fulfillment of desire ) ,and 12 ( expences i.e.

payments made ) .

moon is not connected to either 4 or 11 or 12. may be

mars owner of  1 and 8, posited in 5.

4th cusp sublord also not indicating 4,11 or 12.

My judgement----the person will not be able to buy the

property in question.

I request all other members also to participate and
