Let us take up this exercise. Just now the time is 7:29 p.m. MumbaiThe ruling planets are as follows .Lagna Nakshatra Lord : MarsLagna :SaturnStar : MercuryRashi:JupiterDay JupiterNow let us erect the two horoscopes . Please note that our question iseither or kind . That means that we are assuming that one of the two timesgiven is correct .Only possible change in the two times is going to be either the moonnakshatra , moon rashi and the lagna .So we can get this information from both the charts . I do not have here thetime difference is GMT +12 .At 8:00 a.m the Lagna is Tula ( Venus ) and Nakshatra is Hasta ( Moon ).At 2:00 p.m . The Lagna is Capricorn ( Saturn ) and Nakshatra is ChitraMars )As we can see , if we take the time of 8:00 a. m. Venus and Moon do notappear in the ruling planets . While for the time at 2:00 p.m . Mars andSaturn both are in the ruling planets .
