Let us take up this exercise. Just now the time is 7:29 p.m. Mumbai

 

The ruling planets are as follows .

 

Lagna Nakshatra Lord : Mars

Lagna :Saturn

Star : Mercury

Rashi:Jupiter

Day Jupiter

 

Now let us erect the two horoscopes . Please note that our question is

either or kind . That means that we are assuming that one of the two times

given is correct .

 

Only possible change in the two times is going to be either the moon

nakshatra , moon rashi and the lagna .

 

So we can get this information from both the charts . I do not have here the

time difference is GMT +12 .

 

At 8:00 a.m the Lagna is Tula ( Venus ) and Nakshatra is Hasta ( Moon ).

 

At 2:00 p.m . The Lagna is Capricorn ( Saturn ) and Nakshatra is Chitra

Mars )

 

As we can see , if we take the time of 8:00 a. m. Venus and Moon do not

appear in the ruling planets . While for the time at 2:00 p.m . Mars and

Saturn both are in the ruling planets . So out of these two times , the 2:00

p.m. time is closer to the real birth time .
