Dear Dr. Rahul and list,

Hope that you are fine.

I have a querry regarding the badhaka planet.

I understand that the badhaka has to be taken from rasi to rasi as

per the movable, fix and dual sign that 11, 9, 7 houses respectivly.

But if in a natal chart the badhaka rasi is vacant[ having no cusp]

and the respective cusp is shifted to preciding / successive rasi

then should we take that rasi where the cusp falls or the rasi which

is vacant.

The example you can see in the case of following date of birth.

Female

15-8-1971

20 hrs { IST }rectified time

Lucknow- 26.51 N 80.56 E

This lady is aquarius born. The badhaka house will be 9. The ninth

cusp has been shifted to the scorpio which is having 10 cusp also.

Pls advise.

Regards.

Anurodh
