Guest guest
Hello Suresh, Yes. I am very much serious about getting the basics right and I am reading the KP six readers with care and diligence.I do not have the book Astro secrets with me but I will make it point to go thru it as early as possible. YES. IT IS VERY NECESSARY TO GET THE BASICS. Having said this much, I need your expert opinions on whether the steps I followed in analysing my horoscope fall in line correctly. YES IT IS RIGHT. One of my question in my post was about what exactly the role of RP and how to use it ? RULING PLANETS ARE TAKEN AS FOLLOWS: 1.LAGNA LORD 2. LAGNA STAR LORD 3. LAGNA SUB-LORD 4.MOON RASI LORD 5. MOON STAR LORD 6. LORD OF THE DAY. REJECT THOSE PLANETS WHO ARE IN THE STAR OF A RETRO PLANET. IF A PLANET IS RETRO BUT IN A STAR OF THE DIRECT PLANET TAKE THAT PLANETINTO CONSIDERATION. ANY PLANET ASPECTING THE PLANET IN THE ABOVE LIST WITH IN 3DEG 20 MIN ORB TAKE THAT PLANET ALSO. IF NODE IS THER WITH ANY OF THE PALENT STATED ABOVE THEN TAKE NODES ALSO. ANY PLANET ASPECTING NODES SHOULD ALSO BE TAKEN AS RULING PLANET. ANY PLANET ASPECTING THE LAGNA OF THE RP CHART TAKE THAT PLANET ALSO AS RULING PLANET BUT KEEP ON CHEKING THE STAR LORD OF EACH OF THE PALENT IN RP LIST IF ANY LORD IS RETRO REJECT THAT PLANET. THE SIG.OF THE HOUSES IN QUESTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AND THEN THE FINAL LIST OF THE RPs SHOULD BE MATCHED. TAKE ONLY THOSE PLAENTS WHICH ARE COMMON INTO THE BOTH THE LIST THAT IS RP LIST AND SIG. LIST. IN THIS WAY RP HELP TO ARRIVE AT THE CORRECT PREDICTIONS. 5th reader of KP explicitly talks about marriage, married life and children. I went thru this book before trying out my horoscope. In this book, most of the examples are worked out by using natal chart and not by Horary. ...and as Nagesh has rightly pointed out, I first checked the sublord of 7th cusp to find out whether marriage is promised or not. YES, THIS IS MY MISTAKE. I WAS TAKING FOR 4TH READER ON TRASIST. IT EXPLAINS ALL WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE KP SUB-LORDS AND THEIR ROLE. IT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING AND CLEARS EVERY CONFUSION. I WILL SUGGEST THAT FIRST YOU PURCHASE THE ASTRO-SECRETS AND 4TH READER AND READ THEM BEFORE TAKING THE 6TH READERS AS MANY OF THE THINGS U WILL FIND QUITE CONFUSING IN 6TH READER UNTILL U CLEAR OUT UR CONCEPTS FOR THE ABOVE STATED BOOKS. IN ASTRO-SECRETS ALSO MANY THINGS ARE CONCUSING BUT DO NOT GET AFRAID PLS BE FREE TO CLEARIFY YOUR DOUBTS HERE IN THIS FORUM. If you want a number from me it is 37. I have a couple of questions: a) Since the 5th reader explicitly gives examples of pinpointing marriage timeframe on the sole basis of natal chart, why should we depend on horary ? MSOT OF THE HOROSCOPES ARE NOT CORRECTLY ERECTED IN THE ABSENCE OF THE CORRECT TIME. BECAUSE IN HOSPITALS THE CORRECT TIME IS NOT NOTED. BEFORE TAKING HORO READINGS IT IS NECESSARY TO RECTIFY THE BIRTH TIME BY USING KP METHOD AND RULING PALNETS. AS THE HORARY IS VERY FOOL PROOF BECAUSE ALL KP STUDENTS ALWAYS KEEP THEIR WATCHES CORRECT THEREFORE IT IS VERY VERY CORRET TO TAKE HORRARY FOR INSTANT REPLIES. b) I would like you take a look at my previous post and see the directions of my analysis and correct me if your time permits. IT IS A GOOD ATTEMPT. KEEP ON MAKING SUCH ATTEMPTS ALWAYS WHEN U READ THE KP BOOKS. MORE THE ATTEMPTS BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE THINGS WILL BE THERE. c) How can one know which planets are transiting whichever house at a given moment of time ? and for how long they will IT WILL BE KNOWN FROM THE EPHIMERIS. WITH REGARDS. ANURODH.
Guest guest
Hello Anurodh, Thanks a ton for the quick replies. It is really nice to see that the folks in this group find time to reply so fast amidst their other works. Thanks again. Since I am just the beginner in this subject, I need to do some hands- on exercises to get a good grip on these theories. So, when I produce a natal chart and make attempts to read, I do not give extra importance to the result of the reading…but rather am more interested in ensuring that I am applying the right principles in the right way most of the time. Since this is what I am looking for, when you folks reply to me, if your time permits, pl. do a walk thru of my analysis step by step so that it helps me and may be other beginners in this group to get an indepth understanding of HOW-TO apply the techniques. Given below is the analysis of a female whose date of birth is 16th Dec 1980. Time is: 10:47PM Latitude: 26N45 Longitude:89E21 DASA BAL. Merc 8 Y. 317 Days ENDS ON 29 10 1989 BHK. Bal. Jup Ven Ven Moo :PLUT Ven Mar Mer Ket Another case-study to identify the time of marriage: ==================================================== Identify whether marriage is promised ? Ans: sublord of 7th cusp is Saturn in the moon's constellation at 1st house. Saturn's sublord is Jupiter which is also in the first house. MY QUESTIONS: 1) Is the sublord of the 7th cusp the only factor to evaluate whether marriage is promised or not ? 2) IN this case, the sublord is not well placed…Does this mean that this lady will not be married at all ? To be more specific, can some one explain in this case, which factors tell us that marriage is promised ? 3) I did not consider the aspects of planets in this case. Can someone help me in explaining how I should handle aspects in this particular case ? For eg, in this case, Sat and Jup are cojoined in the first house. What should I infer ? OK…Assuming that marriage is promised, I proceed further…. Identify the significators for marriage ? 2nd house – occupied by none owned by Mercury. 7th house – occupied by none owned by Saturn. 11th house – occupied by Rahu owned by mercury. Currently this female is running Venus dasa, mars bukti till 12th feb 2004. Then till feb 12th 2007, she has venus dasa rahu bukti. I presume her marriage should happen in this timeframe…but do not know how to justify it….Can someone help me dissect my analysis to further granularity ? Thanks a lot, Luv..luvies, Suresh. Guest guest
Suresh, Are the questions posed about 7th sub relatd to the data you have given for the lady with birth date 16th Dec 1980 ? If so please check your chart -7th sub should be Mercury. Please post the place of birth also. In my opinion you will be better of using horary. Guest guest
Hello Nagesh, Pl. see my reply in-line. l , " Vizkid " <nd44130> wrote: > Suresh, > Are the questions posed about 7th sub relatd to the data you > have given for the lady with birth date 16th Dec 1980 ? Yes. THe data is related to the lady with birth date 16th dec. > If so please check your chart -7th sub should be Mercury. Why do you feel that the 7th sub should be Mercury ? I used the KP.exe binary which was provided in this newsgroup and the output is attached with my previous mail. It shows that the sub of 7th cusp is saturn. Have I interpreted anything incorrectly ? > Please post the place of birth also. Place is Hashimara, West Bengal India. > In my opinion you will be better of using horary. You mean to say that I can handle horary without first getting a feel of natal chart ? I thought this is a linear process, where once I get my basics right with natal, then proceed to horary. I thought horary is more advanced. Correct me if I am wrong....I have been wrong before too :-) Thanks, Suresh. > > Regards, > Nagesh > > > l , " Suresh C Iyer <sureshc_iyer> " > <sureshc_iyer> wrote: > > Hello Anurodh, > > > > Thanks a ton for the quick replies.
