dear anurodh,

if the sublord itself is retro it gives result with delay.

if the sublord is in the star of direct planet whos sub is retro it

also shows delay.

what is more important is that the dasha lord should not be in a star

of retro planet. here in this condition, even if the sublord agrees

to an event, the dahs lord may refuse positive result due to above

stated rule.
