I want to know that how to judge the yes/no from the sub lavel if we do not take it's star. In the example you have given, if we do not take the star of mercury that is rahu , how we can arrive on the behaviour of mercury? What i do is that i take the star of the sub that is , in the given case., i will take the star of mercury that is rahu to decide the nature .
