But here is my partial analysis assuming timing is correct: Marriage will be late since Saturn is in lagna.Lord of the second house is in the seventh house is good -indicates fortune after marriage. Ketu in 2nd indicates a bit of concern with vision (Does the person wear glasses??) My advise is to cast a horary chart for this question and analyze it.
