I have found the ruling planet useful for prediction but not always.Could you please tell me about the 4 step theory?I did not find it in the KP readers.

hi,we used to practice ruling planets before four step theory came.now please tell me - which one do you find accurate - ruling planets or four step theory?bye,dr.rahul.
