ruling planets - are they really predictive?

we used to practice ruling planets before four step theory came.

now please tell me - which one do you find accurate - ruling planets

or four step theory?

hi,

my experience - ruling planets are only effective if u answer the

very first question of the day using R.P. the effectiveness declines

if u use R.P. more than once a day.

Answer is big yes. The ruling planets are helpful in prediction not

only in horary chart but also in birth horoscope.
