Guest guest
Hello list, Attached please find two files showing a near financial crisis suffered by Iceland in recent months. The crisis involved the nodes - and other FMs - afflicting the MEPs in the chart. The transits this Spring represent one of the most difficult in this chart in the republics six decade history, especially since the period running is that of Sa/Sa. Saturn ia L6 of financial stability and is natall mutually afflicting L12 Sun, which rules losses and foreign countries. Saturn is also combust and aspects H10, H12, H4 and H7, hence, a crisis involving financial stability was predicted during this period. The crisis was triggered by the exact stationary conjunction of the nodal axis on the MEP of the chart. The crisis peaked when also Sun, Saturn and Mars, as L8 of obstacles and endings, afflicted MEPs also. The crisis may be dated in terms of a sequence of initially very negative reports issued by foreign institutions (in red), which touched of a drop in the value of the currency, the króna, in foreign exchange markets and share prices on the local stock exchange (ICEX) - see attached graph. The reports raised concerns about the sustainability of rapid growth of Icelandic banks abroad on the basis of borrowed money. This led to the banks being temporarily squeezed for funding. Several favourable reports towards the end of the stationary period helped reduce the concerns and the funding situation returned to normal. Currently, things have calmed down considerably in the country, and the exchange rate and share prices have begun to revert from the recent lows. The prediction is for things to continue calming down and for the country to avoid a serious setback from the temporary crisis of confidence. As if that were not enough, on 15 March 2006, the US government informed the Icelandic government unilaterally it was pulling its military base out of the country. The base had been there since 1952. However, the end of the cold war changed the military requirement for the US government. This decision represents a permanent loss of currency earnings and employment for Icelanders on the base and increased outlays for the government to maintain the airport, radar services and helicopter operations (for safety of the fishermen and others). The military base has all but been evacuated in the eight weeks since the announcement and will be formally closed in September. This has been a big blow to the government which has fought in recent years to avoid this outcome. This case reveals the merit of predicting important trends in national life on the basis of SA and an authentic mundane chart. Best regards, C Ring'em or ping'em. Guest guest
Hello list, I forgot to emphasise the close transit affliction of Rahu to Saturn which peaked during March and April on exactly the MEP of this chart. It had a huge influence, also due to the Sa/Sa period being in vogue.
