The operative birth date for Each State is the date that Each joined the Union, which was the date duly ratified. Vermont is the only Gray Area item, because they were a State before joining the Union, admitted on March 4, 1791, at Bennington. And so, most necessarily not the 1787 Constitutional Union for the first 13. Congress started off, unquestionably, creating States from 1792, then after, for examples: the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th States: Kentucky, June 1, 1792, at Frankfort; Tennessee June 1, 1796, at Knoxville; Ohio March 1, 1803, at Chillicothe; Louisiana April 30, 1812, at Baton Rouge. Etc. THAT'S IT. The first 14 I've sent you. The rest are easy to determine, as long as one doesn't get lost in

the history of the Civil War and Reconstruction, 1861-1876. Cheers, JOHN
