Dear Jorge,

 

Congratulations are in order.

 

SAMVA was founded in November 2000 and is therefore in its sixth

year. Over this time, its membership and activity have grown quite a

bit.

 

A major milestone is the fact that you have rectified 196 country

charts in the span of about two years. It is clear that it is not

easy to rectify and establish the authorative mundane chart for a

country. But when the rectification is proved successful through

repeat prediction, the benefit is great.

 

Another milestone is that the membership of SAMVA has now reached

600 members. It is now the second largest under the

category of Countries (heading on left side bar).

 

The posting activity has remained constant between 100-

200 posts per month. The purpose of SAMVA is to help students gain

proficiency in SA and be a forum to discuss techniques of prediction.

In time, when members gain more proficiency in SA and confidence in

a mundane chart of interest, they will begin to post more.

Certainly, the base is there for a vibrant community of

mundane astrologers who are proficient in SA.

 

The list activity is also likely to be more when the transits are

difficult, as they currently are. The transit aspect of Rahu in

Pisces to Saturn in Cancer to remain exact for the next two weeks,

when Saturn also aspects Ketu, is creating a lot of pressure in the

world, with protests or riots now taking place in many parts of the

world. Such times are very useful to check the impact of the

tranists against sensitive placments in a mundane chart.

 

With Mercury (moolatrikona sign ruler of Virgo) and Venus

(moolatrikona sign ruler of Libra) now transiting Aquarius

(moolatrikona sign ruled by Saturn), the strain would great be more

for their indications.

 

Of course, depending on the rising sign the strain would be more

where the above planets are functional malefics or badly placed by

house.

Venus: resources, leisure industry, hotels, air travel, luxury

goods, women, arts, cinema industry, medicinal drugs, etc.

people or organisations, etc.

Rahu: Diplomatic move, manipulations, deceipt, intoxicating

substances (drugs & alchohol), etc.
