President Dwight Eisenhower that the conditions set forth in the Enabling Act

had been satisfactorily met]

Enabling Act (of the

Congress of the United States): 18 March 1959 [recognized a State government

already formed and set certain conditions for the Admission of Hawaii into the

Union, all of which were approved by the voters of the Territory on 27 June

1959]

Seven people are presumed dead after the tour helicopter they were flying in

crashed on the Hawaiian island of Maui. The helicopter, carrying six passengers

and a pilot, was last seen when the aircraft took off on Friday morning for a

tour

2345 GMT, Nine people are missing after a Japanese fisheries research

ship sank off Hawaii after being struck by a US nuclear submarine.

 

13 February, 2001,

11:38 GMT US Army helicopters crash. Six American soldiers have died

after two army Black Hawk helicopters crashed during a night-time exercise over

Hawaii.

 

July 13, 2002, 4:11

PM, Cessna 177 crashed into a tree. Pilot and 3 visiting family members were

killed.

 

June 26, 2003,

chopper crash as pilot Duke Baldwin with Windward Aviation was assisting in

fighting a massive brush fire in Hoolehua.

October 17, 2004,

Tourism is ruled by Venus, in the fourth house of the land with it's dispositor Sun in it's own sign.

Transitting Rahu is on top of the natal Moon signifying water,

infrastructure (3L) and resources right now. The water has been

polluted by the overflow of sewage and runoff.

 

Mars is strong and is depicted by the strong presence of the military here plus what I seem to see as a large police presence.
