If any person deserves historical accuracy at all times, it should be so on this day for a premier statesman who prayed that America would forver pursue only free trade and cultural exchange with the rest of the world, keeping the Armed Forces at home. By February 22 in the year 2032, the Great George Washington's 300th birthday, I do hope that by then we shall witness America's governors learning to behave better in the world-at-large by following George Washington's precept.
