Sun transits Aquarius, from 03:28 to 10:31, outside the orb of influence of other planets. Its dispositor, Saturn, is under the close influence of Rahu.

 

Moon transits Virgo, Libra, Scorpio and into Sagittarius. Moon, in Scorpio, is debilitated Feb. 20-22, and under the aspect of Rahu on Feb. 21.

 

Mercury transits Aquarius from 18:37 to 28:34°, under the aspect of Jupiter; its dispositor, Saturn, is under the aspect of Rahu.

 

Mars transits Taurus from 05:13 to 08:43°, under the aspect of Ketu.

 

Venus transits Sagittarius from 25:06 to 28:51°, weak in old age.

 

Jupiter transits Libra from 24:29 to 24:46 °, and is weak due to the weakness of its dispositor, Venus.

 

Saturn transits Cancer from 12:23 to 11:54°, retrograde until April 5. Saturn is under the close aspect of Rahu through May. (This causes problems in the gas, oil, coal, and manufacturing industries; and there could be earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, etc.)

 

Rahu and Ketu transit Pisces and Virgo, and are in the 10° range through April. (This is an intense time. Persons, companies, and countries with rising signs, or planets in “even” signs, around 10° should be extra cautious and do planetary remedies for their charts.)

 

TRANSITS FOR EACH RISING SIGN:

 

Aries: Be careful to avoid disputes, fire, theft, enemies, debts and health problems. Focus on your spiritual practices. There is good fortune in marriage and partnerships. Gain from speculative investments. Expect income, friendship, and home life fluctuations through April.

 

Taurus: Focus on your children, career, property, education and investments. There may be travel, relocation, losses and expenses. Continue to protect your health and finances and avoid conflict. Put legal issues in writing. There are gains, but expect career changes through April.

 

Gemini: There is good fortune through your parents and your own self efforts and initiatives. Focus on home life. There may be expenses and losses. Be careful with your friendships. Invest in relationships, partnerships and marriage. Take care of your father and guru through April.

 

Cancer: There are gains, income and friends in your career. Avoid entrepreneurial expenses and disputes at home or with parents. Protect your wealth, status, and family life through mid-March. Take care to avoid accidents and be patient with delays and setbacks through April.

 

Leo: Fortune, energy, courage and executive capability return to your career. Invest in your children, education, and entrepreneurial activities. Teach, publish, and advise. Protect your partners, as there is a chance for separations, relocation, or hospitalization through April.

 

Virgo: Be careful to avoid losses and expenses through health, debt, enemies, fire or theft. Delay long distant travel. Focus on home life and property. Mercury will be weak through mid-May. Do not put stress on yourself, take extra rest and invest in an emerald gemstone for life.

 

Libra: Get extra rest through March 3. There are gains and losses connected with education, creative projects, and speculative investments. Protect your marriage and relationships, and tell your partner to be careful to avoid accidents. Expect ups and downs in your career.

 

Scorpio: Consider real estate and working out of your home. Avoid conflict in marriage and tell your partner to be careful with his or her health and debts. Gain from parents, property and home life, although these will be in flux through April. There can be losses and separations through Oct.

 

Sagittarius: There is good fortune through your own initiatives. Avoid speculative investments and conflict with your children. Tell them to watch their health and to avoid debts through March. There are entrepreneurial fluctuations through April. Gain from friends and teaching through Oct.

 

Capricorn: Protect the good fortune associated with your wealth, status, and family life. Invest in your home and property, and real estate in general. Consider international travel or business. There may be some career change or relocation. Family life is in fluctuation through April.

 

Aquarius: First there are delays, obstructions and accidents. These will be followed by new relationships. Focus on property and working out of your home. Continue to gain through publishing, teaching and advisory roles. There are health and finance problems through April.

 

Pisces: Protect your health, debt, and relationships. There can be some losses on account of authority figures, enemies, disputes, fire or theft. Recent career obstructions disappear. Focus on research and mystical knowledge. Pursue your own self efforts and initiatives.
