Two buses have collided on a main road in Morocco, killing 25 people

and injuring 62 others, say officials.

Eleven of those hurt are in a serious condition, the local news

agency says. Moroccan officials said excessive speed appeared to be a factor

in the crash.

The accident took place on Tuesday morning some 20 km (15 miles)

from the tourist town of Marrakech on the road to

Agadir.

It is estimated that 10 people die every day on Morocco's roads.
