Guest guest
Prof Ji, How does Saturn impact in Libra for Virgo Ascendant. Saturn is exalted in Libra. Does it have an impact when on the MEP? Vasudevaa.
Guest guest
Hello Vasudeva, Even if this is a mundane list, a quick answer should be in order. Best is to direct inquiries on personal horoscopy questions to SATVA101 list. Generally it is a good placement, even if Saturn becomes a functional malefic in the Virgo rising chart. In exaltation, the functional and general indications of Saturn are expected to flourish. The general indications of an exalted Saturn would be sobriety and reserve and skeletal structure. The placement of an exalted Saturn in H2 tends to give a rise in status and slow accumulation of wealth in its periods. L6 has to do with financial stability, or lack of it; the ability to deal with enemies and our vulnerability to illness (health). As L6, Saturn can give difficulty to H2 matters, notably family life and professional relationships, especially if it afflicts the most effective point (MEP) of H2. It can then give such strongly held views that it runs the risk of ending such relationships. Finally, as Venus, owner of MT sign Libra, becomes dispositor of any planet placed there, its strength in the natal chart becomes crucial for Saturn´s functional and general indications. If Venus is not in full strength in the chart, it will reduce the ability of Saturn to defend its functional and general indications in the face of transit afflictions, even if exalted. Guest guest
Hello Vasudeva, Your question gave no indication it was not specified for a natal chart. If the question related to the transit of Saturn, it sits oddly with the fact that Saturn is currently transiting the sign of Cancer. As the question implied a basic knowledge of astrology, and the chart details were not given, the answer dealt with the frequent contradictory elements of such readings. Without the full chart details, the answer had to be more broad. Only an analysis of the chart can give a better idea of the true impact. That said, all the elements of the impact are there, including for MEP. If someone takes the time to offer you an answer, you should at least read the answer. Good luck. Guest guest
Thank you Prof Ji. I think your reply point wise makes everything clear. However I was not clear in my question initially as I was referring to saturn in transit in Libra. Regards, Vasudevaa.
