Gold Rise and Other Markets

Dear list,

Here is my latest view on currencies and gold:

Thu Dec 1 14:28 ET

USD/JPY faces strong TL resistance at 120.75/85 on the very long

term chart. These lines, if they hold are likely to see several

hundred pips in a pullback from them (116.50 and 113.50 areas).

Support is seen at 120 and 119.30. EURO bottomed today in the 11am

hour and moved through the TL containing the move – the 1690 support

has held. We believe that USD will see more selling in the London

and New York sessions. AUD/USD is holding nicely and should have no

problem meeting its 7500 target. Gold remains strong and a break of

the current top is possible in the next few days.

GL & GT.

Best regards,

Vyas Munidas

PS: TL = Trend Line

GL & GT = Good Luck & Good Trading

I'll write up a short note on trading terminology and abbreviations

and post it in the file section. If there's anything you'd like to

see, email me off the forum and I'll include it as needed.

Dear list,

I had the London and NY sessions pegged for a negative dollar bias.

In the NY session we saw huge volatility, but the overall charts of

the majors remains sell USD on dips. The majors are currently over

the level they began the London session, against USD. Gold has

remined strong and ideed exceeded its first high made 3 days ago.

This reaffirms my belief that my work on this subject is along the

correct lines and that once the planets move, so do the markets.

Anything on this plane can be discerned once we are looking at the

right things, in the right way and in the right context using SA

principles as a statistically consistent guide. Much thanks to

for his work on this. May God bless and give him

more insight for further progress in this area. I am no expert in

SA, and have only a basic understanding of planetary strength,

weakness, and aspects (I haven't even locked into memory the

numbering of the signs). Many thanks to everyone who have answered

my questions and offered support, knowingly and otherwise. :)

Best regards and warm wishes,

Vyas Munidas

This USD selling that we are currnently seeing should continue into

the Tokyo session. EURO faces resistance at 1810, support is seen at

1770/80. Overall, this week is likely to remain USD negative.

Iver,

I don't see much action either way until next week (SP500 up). A

breakout of 1270 (SPOT) will bring bids with stops beneath 1257.

1245 is the support should 1270 not be broken before next Monday.

Iver,

It's based on TA and SA. I'd gladly post my SA reckoning, but since

I am not yet a master, I'd rather be quiet till I am, and just post

in the language that I know very well.

Hello Vyas, Thank you for sharing the predictions. It is all very interesting. Howevver, it would be more useful to the list members, who are here to learn about astrology applied in the mundane sphere, what the astrological underpinnings of your predictions are. Without them, the predictions are simply a black box and their value from an astrological point of view is limited. You're absolutely correct cosmologer. If everyone feels the same as

you do, I'll discontinue my posts on the markets until I can speak

masterfully on astrological principles. If not, I reckon you'll have

to put up with my black box until such time as I am good and ready

to illustrate my reckoning. :)

There is also value in posting accurate market predictions because

it inspires everyone interested in such, that it is possible and not

just a fantasy.

Pioneers get shot ! human nature doesn't change - do they ! I thankyou Vyas ji I appreciate and would like to read more of your posts especially the forecasts. Markets are part of mundane astro. Personally I don't consider astro to be just analysing history. I have read general comments on the markets/economy and found them to be mentally stimulating but useless. Astro should be a tool for prognostication/prediction. Please continue with your forecasts. And if anyone else would like to test their skills doing forecasts then I would like to read theirs as well and maybe even critique them. I have to disagree with Dayamaya ji. Financial markets are a dangerous place for half baked ideas. So I agree till you "can speak masterfully on astrological principles " ... until such time

till you become good and ready to illustrate your reckoning you should just forecast using TA & SA and NOT bother about delineating/divulging the methodology involved. And ofcourse "there is also value in posting accurate market predictions because it inspires everyone interested in such, that it is possible and not just a fantasy " I agree wholeheartedly ! So please be a pioneer ! postaway ! CHEEEERS Iver vyasmunidas <muni> wrote: You're absolutely correct cosmologer. Hello Vyas,

The point is not intended as an either or propostion. The suggestion

was only to encourage you to post the astrological analysis along

with the predictions. This way you would be in a position to get

feedback on the astrological part, which would then be useful to

your and others learning.

Best wishes,

C

Vyas

You should continue to post your market predictions even though you

don't want to reveal what SA techniques you are using until you

become more comfortable with them. However, when you do post your

market predictions, you should at least mentioned whether it was

based almost all on your TA or a combination of both TA and SA.

Nevertheless, looking forward to when you do master the SA techniques

for sharing them with us as part of your predictions.
