For Cancer, Saturn, a FM, is in the first house which rules nature, vitality, personality and appearance. Saturn is the lord of the 8th house ruling death, inheritance and obstructions. Rahu afflicts this Saturn causing problems in those areas. The Sun transits the 5th house and is under the close influence of Ra. This house rules intelligence and emotions as well as children, so problems can be experienced in this area as well. The Sun is lord of the second house which rules wealth and status. It also rules the family and spouse. There may also be problems related to investments since Me is weak in transit and Ke sitting in Virgo under the influence of Sa. Mars in the tenth house, is also under the close influence of the FMs Ju and Sa. So in general, I would say that Cancerians would be hit hardest on the income/investmet front causing (or being caused by) emotional obstructions to themselves. There is also the chance of family problems, specifically the spouse.
