Sun transits its debilitation sign, Libra, from 09:56 to 16:58°, and is weak until Nov. 21. Leaders and governments are vulnerable.

 

Moon is waning and transits Leo, Virgo, Libra, and into Scorpio.

 

Mars transits Aries from 24:56 to 22:31°, retrograde until Dec. 9.

 

Mercury transits Scorpio, from 02:12 to 10:19°, and is weak until Oct. 29.

 

Venus transits out of Scorpio and into Sagittarius, Oct. 30, and is weak until Nov. 4.

 

Jupiter transits Libra from 06:18 to 07:49°, and is combust until Nov. 5. This transit is favorable for Aries, Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius rising signs for the next 12 months.

 

Saturn transits Cancer from 16:44 to 17:02°, under the aspect of Rahu through May 2006.

 

Rahu and Ketu transit Pisces and Virgo, from 19:34 to 1932°, remaining in the 19° range until Nov. 17. (Persons, companies, and countries with rising signs, or planets in “even” signs, from 18 to 20° should be patient and cautious and do planetary remedies for their charts.)

 

TRANSITS FOR EACH RISING SIGN:

 

Aries: Enjoy good energy over the next three months. Focus on marriage and partnerships. Protect your children and investments through mid-Dec. There are fluctuations with income and friendships.

 

Taurus: Focus on your career, but get plenty of rest. Avoid disputes at home or over property. There may be travel or relocation over the next three months. Protect your health and put things in writing to avoid litigation.

 

Gemini: Avoid entrepreneurial activities through mid-Dec. Protect your children, education, and investments. Property and executive income should be good for the next three months. Invest in marriage and partnerships.

 

Cancer: Focus on your career and enjoy progress through the end of Jan. Invest in your children and education. Be careful to avoid accidents. Be patient with delays and setbacks. Avoid disputes at home or over property.

 

Leo: Take extra rest through Nov. 21. Invest in publishing and teaching entrepreneurial activities. There is good fortune with property. Protect your marriage and partnerships, and consider travel or relocation over the next two years.

 

Virgo: Teach and advise. Avoid long distant travel and protect your health, finances, and family life. Pursue your own self efforts, writing and communications. There may be some windfall over the next three months.

 

Libra: Focus on your marriage, partners, career, education, and your own self efforts and entrepreneurial activities. Income and friendships improve after mid-Nov. Protect your children and investments.

 

Scorpio: Avoid travel and expenses. Protect your property and home life. Exercise patience with your career through Nov. 21. There will be some new friends and income through the end of the year. Relocation is possible over the next 12 months.

Sagittarius: Income improves after Nov. 4. Focus on your ambitions and entrepreneurial activities. Invest in your children, property, and education. Avoid authority figures and keep well rested through mid-Dec.

 

Capricorn: Focus on your marriage, partnerships, property and home life. There is more energy and ambition at your disposal, but keep well-rested and watch what you say. Be patient with your career. There may be travel, losses, or expenses.

 

Aquarius: There is a lift in your energy and ambition. Continue to focus on your health, finances, self efforts, areas of conflict, and research in your career. Protect your marriage and partnerships. Exercise patience before speaking.

 

Pisces: Focus on your family life. Work on health and finances. Relationships improve. Speak courageously, but not impulsively. Consider a career in research or mysticism, such as astrology. You may travel or relocate.
