Some of the events/facts used in the rectification:

independence from the United Provinces of Central America on November 15, 1838 (page xvi).

For Honduras, the period of

federation had been disastrous. Local rivalries and ideological disputes had

produced political chaos and disrupted the economy. The British had taken

advantage of the chaotic condition to reestablish their control over the Islas

de la Bahía. As a result, Honduras wasted little time

in formally seceding from the federation once it was free to do so. Independence was declared on November 15, 1838, and in January

1839, an independent constitution was formally adopted.

An assembly meeting at Comayagua declared Honduras an independent

republic on October 26, 1838. The course of independence, however, was

stormy. Stronger neighbors, especially Guatemala, exercised great

influence in Honduran politics throughout the 19th century.

1861 The Risorgimento movement resulted in Italian unification.

The Carbonari was a secret society in early 19th century Italy who

advocated liberal and patriotic ideas and opposed the conservative

regimes imposed on Italy by the Allies who had defeated Napoleon in

1815. As with other secret societies of the age, the Carbonari had an

initiation ceremony, complex symbols and a hierarchical organization

though its exact origins are left to conjecture. They recruited

primarily among nobility, small landowners and officeholders and may

have been an offshoot of the Freemasons. Their influence is credited

with preparing the way for the Risorgimento movement.

Regarding the criteria, it was the same as with all the other rectified

charts: the interplay among the triple transit triggering influence and

the operational dashas.
