Shani - iron kadi

is it advisable to wear those iron "kadi" as the sikhs do on their right hand if you have a strong and malefic Shani ?

how about wearing black clothes - is that also good ?

and Jap on Shani mantras ?

and doing the Shani ritualistic graha shante by a vedikca pandit ?

are these pacification methods ?

SIKHS WEAR A KADA WHICH IS MADE OF STEEL. WEARING THE PREVALENT IRON KADI IS

NOT ADVISEABLE FROM HIGENE POINT OF VIEW AND WHEN SATURN IS A FUNCTIONAL

MALEFIC - WHETHER STRONG OR WEAK.

IF SATURN IS FM ONE SHOULD AVOID WEARING BLACK AND BLACKISH BLUE COLOR.

YES RECITATION OF SHANI MANTRA IS OK.

I have shani ( saturn ) in 2nd house ( virgo )  in my kundali , I have leo ascendant ( lagna) and saturn is sitting with mars in that house . so should i wear iron ring on my right hand. ?

I have Sinha (Leo) lagna and shani is sitting with mars in 2nd house (kanya Rashi ) , and jupiter in 3rd house and rahu is in 11th house of my kundali so any one told me should I wear iron kada ? Or give me a remedy ?
