Some 30 people were injured in the blaze, which broke out in the 13th district in the early hours. More than 200 firefighters helped many of the 130 people in the apartment block to escape. The building housed African immigrant families. In April, 24 people died in a fire at a Paris hotel also housing immigrants. Friday's fire broke out in a stairwell in the dilapidated building at around 0017 (2217 GMT Thursday). http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/4186266.stm Dear List Members, Dasha is Sa/Mo/Ke/Mo/Ju.
